Cake decorator (10-15 hours):

Position: Cake Decorator
Hours: Part-time 10-15 hrs (with potential for more)
Schedule: Daytime hours only (between 8:00am–6:00pm). Saturday availability strongly preferred.
Please note: weekends and holidays are our busiest times.

Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cookies, and cupcakes from start to finish, including design and final details

• Accurately follow instructions and maintain consistent quality and style

• Adapt to and replicate our bakery’s decorating style

• Write clean, legible messages and designs in buttercream

• Work independently while also collaborating well with the team

• Take custom orders via phone and email with professionalism

• Track orders and maintain an organized workflow to meet deadlines

• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven cake decorating experience with a portfolio of work

• Strong skills in piping, fondant, and general cake decorating techniques

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and consistency

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Comfortable communicating with customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Basic computer skills for order tracking and communication

Sales Associate / kitchen assistant

Hours: 10-20hrs, Part-time (currently looking for daytime / some evenings)
Schedule: Flexible availability required. Saturday availability is a must.

Position Overview

This role is a mix of front-of-house customer service and behind-the-scenes kitchen support. Employees will be trained to assist customers as well as help with daily kitchen and bakery operations.

Employees will be trained to wait on customers & help behind the scenes in the kitchen. Includes but not limited too: checking customers out, sending out orders, answering the phone, refilling the cases, dishes, cleaning, filling supplies, prepping frostings, etc.. Must have flexible hours and Saturday availability is a must.
