Placing an order with us?
All orders must be placed via email or by calling the store.
We do not take orders in store -- if you stop by the store to place an order,
you will be directed to call or email us for all ordering/questions/etc. Our
staff members who work out front are not typically trained to take orders,
they are there to help you with in store purchases / send out orders.
Before you call:
Please make sure to have all relevant information ready (order date, what you
need to order, number of servings, flavor, design ideas, etc.). We do require a 50%
non-refundable deposit for all orders, so please make sure to have a credit card ready.

Why can't I order in store?:
Due to the small size of our shop, we do not have a designated area to talk
with customers and give them the time they require to place an order. Our store has
become much busier over the past few years and we have found that it is difficult to
take orders in store while also helping and checking out other customers. The staff
members who work out front, are not typically trained on taking orders or answering
questions regarding pricing / ordering / etc.
